Can I use a different font?
Our signature handwritten lola + beau font is the only font we offer for our clothing and blankets. We hope you like it as much as we do.
Can I use another colour?
Unfortunately, not. Our signature colours olive green and beige are the only colours we use for our embroidery. This is an important part of our brand identity and we feel that it is what sets us apart.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items?
No; our bespoke creations are individually personalised and therefore non-refundable/exchangeable. All sales are final.
Do you offer refunds on non embroidered items?
Yes. Please refer to our refund section on the website.

Absolutely! We would LOVE to help you decide on your embroidery options
Can I use more than 10 characters?
We are happy to accommodate you if you have more than 10 characters, however, we are limited by the size of the embroidery frame. Please email email@example.com and we can discuss further. Please note there may be an additional charge for more characters.
Can I return my purchase?
Unfortunately, due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot refund or exchange for change of mind. As such, it is important that you triple check your name before finalising your purchase. Please check our returns page for more information regarding faulty products.
My garment is faulty can I return it? or get an exchange?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with images of your faulty garment and a description of the issue. We will assess the garment and email you with the next steps. If we believe that the garment is faulty, we will happily exchange or refund your garment for you. However, in some cases we might ask you to send the garment to us for further assessment.
