All orders are sent via Australia Post. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be dispatched and tracking number supplied.

Express shipping is available within Australia and is to be selected at checkout for a flat rate of $11.95.

All international orders are sent via Australia Post.

Shipping charges will be applied at checkout according to your region and do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs at the destination country.

HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU GET YOUR ORDER:

Once we receive your order we will work our hardest to dispatch your products within 7-14 business days (Mon-Fri). This does not include public holidays.

DELIVERY TIME IN AUSTRALIA:

How quickly you receive your products depends on the shipping option you selected and whether you live in metro or regional Australia. We only work with trusted shipping partners to guarantee that your order gets to you safely.
Our carriers estimate the timeframe for delivery as follows:

Standard Shipping: takes between 3 to 5 business days for metro areas and longer for regional areas.

Express Shipping: takes between 1 to 2 business days for metro areas and longer for regional areas.

Once your products have been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details for your shipment so you can track it closely.

Shipping time frames may vary depending on our shipping partner’s workload. Once we have dispatched your order we are unable to assist with the shipping so please talk with the shipping company directly. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage goods and any shipping delays.

DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY:

Yes we do! We ship to most worldwide destinations, including the US, UK, Europe, Canada, the Middle East and Asia. Please ensure your delivery address is a street address with a zip code as we cannot ship to international PO boxes. Please also ensure that a contact phone number (including country code) is provided.

HOW MUCH IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

The cost of shipping depends on your location and your order quantity. You will be given a standard international rate and an express international rate at check out depending on where you live.

We will provide you with a tracking number for your international purchases.

Duties & taxes are the not payable by lola + beau. Please check with your customs authorities prior to your purchase to be clear on any duties & taxes you might incur. These charges will be payable by you when the goods arrive in your country. Duties & taxes differ for each country.

HOW LONG DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAKE:

The timeframe for international delivery varies depending on where you are located in the world but roughly 4-10 days. Once your products have been dispatched, we will send you your tracking details for your shipment which will give you an estimated date for delivery.

ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS:

Please make sure you have entered your address in correctly at check out. If you have given the wrong or incomplete delivery address, we won't be able to deliver your goods and we may need to charge you a redelivery fee for a subsequent delivery attempt.
